Frequently Asked Questions

I have a store with another provider. How easy is it to move to SimpleStore?

Our team will work with you to migrate your data from the current provider to SimpleStore at no additional cost.

I do not have a website, does SimpleStore provide one?

SimpleStore is a headless platform. Which means we do not provide a frontend automatically. We do offer various frontend designs that you can choose from to suit your needs.

I have a small business with handful of products. Am I too small to use SimpleStore?

Absolutely Not. We encourage you to have a look at our QuickBuy feature, as you may not need to build a website to start selling on Facebook and Instagram.

I would like to have multiple Stores, do I need multiple Accounts in SimpleStore?

No. You only need one SimpleStore account to manage and operate unlimited stores as long as they are all owned by a single legal entity.

Do I need to sign any contracts?

Startup, Entry, Basic and Professional require no contracts to be signed. They are paid monthly and you can cancel any time.

Do I need a Credit Card to try SimpleStore?

No. You can open an account with SimpleStore for Free to explore the dashboard and the features offered by the platform. This free account is limited to Test transactions. You will need to upgrade to a paid plan prior to accepting live transactions.

I am a Developer, Do I need to pay for a plan?

No. As a developer, you have a free access to our Developer plan which gives you access to the full feature list of the platform. The only limitation is you can not accept live credit card transactions.

I have a unique product or a selling process. How can I find out if you support it?

SimpleStore does not dictate how you should sell your products and services. Please reach out to us on Slack to discuss your process and help you decide if SimpleStore is the right platform for you.

GST is only applicable to Australian businesses.
* We offer Startups our platform for free for a maximum of 12 months or upon reaching the threshold limits of other metrics, like sales volumes and Traffic Bandwith volumes.
